Initially trained by the largest driving school in the world in 1992, Ray has taught in both automatic and manual tuition cars throughout his career. Although currently teaching in a manual his time in automatics took him into the realm of disability tuition for a period of five years. He has taken a course at and gained certification from the Banstead mobility center. Although no longer equipped to teach the physically disabled Ray gained knowledge that has been useful in helping people with other problems such as dyslexia or deafness. This has led to Ray having the ability to re-asses where necessary and tailor the lesson to an individuals needs. Ray covers the Medway to Gravesend test areas and is based around Rochester.
